Try Westlands on the internet. I just purchased one last week for my MasterCraft Pro Star 200 outboard and it looks and fit s like a custom cover . They give you a choice of materials which is reflected in the pricing. Try to stay away from the universal-fits all covers as they do nothing but puddle water in the rains and blow off in heavy winds.
When I had the I/O, my first cover was made by a tent maker in one day. After I converted it to an outboard, I made the next two covers with a walking foot sewing machine. The I/O is such an odd shape that it needs a custom cover IMO. jim
Thanks for the info, looked at their site and unfortunately they don't go back to the 70's, I'll keep looking
I recently had a guy make a cover for my 18' outboard. Fits perfect. If you are anywhere near MN, I can get you contact info.
I have a 1976 Tournament Skier with a very nice cover that was custom made for the boat. I am new to the forum so I am not a pro at posting pics yet.....but I will try and get you one and the info on the cover. I would put it up as one of the nicest covers out there.
Mine is a Coverite from Monticello, Indiana. They have a website and they should have a pattern from when they made mine. Mine has reinforcement everywhere and a snap in support pole behind the windshield. It is very nice heavy grade canvas.
