it is a Hydrodyne but not sure what year just boug
as i cut the floor out i find very wet foam so out it comes. I know the floor needs to be sealed properly so water can not get to the foam in the first place and the foam adds support to the floor but it can happen. Question can i leave out this mixed foam and if so is there another product that is not so susceptible to to absorbing water but has a flotation benefit?? ty

I would just leave it out.

The foam up under the deck is flotation. The later boats did not have the under floor foam because it is not flotation. Mine is a 77 and there is no under floor foam.
