Hello everyone, I need some help. I have a 1995 Grand Sport and I need to replace the steering cable. I removed it, took it to my local marina and was told that that cable isn't made anymore and that I will have to remove the tilt steering and replace the "helm" and cable with a new system. Has anyone heard of having to do this? Does anyone know if a replacement cable does in fact exist? So far, as I mentioned I removed the cable (that was easy), but taking the steering system out, this is getting very difficult. It's looking like I have to remove the entire dash to get at the tilt steering box in order to remove it. There has to be a better way. Has anyone else done this or have experience with it? I could really use some help here. Thanks- -Jim
