anyone know the correct/best prop for the mercruiser ford 302 with the 888 drive?
    188HP

I acquired this hydrodyne boat and it has the incorrect prop with with a hub size that is too small.

    Stern drive serial number 4229757

Why are we seeing snow in your pictures and its July?? If you were or are running a three of four blade, then the 17 and 19 pitch does work well. I have a High-five that I moved from My 1975 18 ft Hydrodyne 351 2 bbl CID MerCruiser 233 HP to the current Hydrodyne 20 ft 350 CID 4 bbl and it preformed (and preforms) very nice on both platforms. I tried a 17 High-five on the 18 and it had a little too much slip/cavitation in the corners when doing a "dog-bone to change direction. With the 888 180 hp, a 19 pitch might be a winner but have not had the experience with that prop in a High-Five. High-five props give really nice hole-shot on the pullouts and mimic inboards but are a little pricey.

    My $0.02.

    Kevin-
