I thought you guys might like to see what a sunrise looks like from my back yard. This was taken today (Monday).

Cape canaveral is about 75 miles over the tree on the left.

Nice Jim. Put on a full suit, get the signifigant to drive, and go and put some tracks in that surface. We Are not there yet....

    Sooo, Uhhh, Jim,
Do you recall the episode of Johnny Carson at Cypress Gardens? For you, my friend, a specially constructed waterproof Barcalounger with retractable skis. Now that life is truly great, it is time to rest and relax. Johnny only had that straight backed wooden chair. Thanks to radical improvements in technology, you get the Barcalounger with "Top Gun" color coordinated marine canvas bimini, deployable at the touch of a button.

Of course, who wouldn't be! Just a thought for a different way to play.

This is my front yard, Conneaut Lake Pennsylvania. Not the history of Cape Canaveral, but it sure has a deep hold on my heart!

I'll bet it does. That is a beautiful scene.

Thanks Jim, by the way, Cape Canaveral is to the left about 1000 miles or so. Bad thing about my lake is that it is frozen right now.

I guess I won't mention the temp here today. We did walk on Daytona Beach yesterday bare footed though.

Reminds me of my early teens when my friends and families would vacation at a campground on Lake Grassy in Lake Placid. We took the ski boat and aggravated all the other folks on the lake. Back then they weren't many though. We went down and rented a cottage on Lake Placid for a week a few years ago. I love those sand bottom gin clear central Florida lakes.
