It sounds like the float needle is stuck off the seat or there is something in between the needle and seat. When fuel comes out the front is means that the float bowl is over flowing and that means a problem with the float valve. It may have jammed when you put it back together. jim
I gave up on this carb thing and finally took it to the johnson dealer to have it repaired. Got it back yesterday and went for a ride, guess what! Same problem. I row row rowed my Dyne, back to the dock. Needless to say it is back at the shop. I think my boat has a curse.
