100_3298.JPG 100_3303.JPG 100_3277.JPG 100_3280.JPG 100_3282.JPG Hi , I am new to the forum just wanted to add a little about my Boat, for those interested.

Bought by my father in 1961 and has been in our family ever since.
Never been in water more than a week at a time (@ our cottage on old raystown dam , PA)
Never been stored outside> always in garage under covers.

Boat is > for the most part all original and in extremely nice condition for a 62.
Issues: cracked windshield that has been cut an lowered.
Rear bunks plywood frames separated over the years and has been replaced.
some small interior vinyl tears ( Front spring/shock seat is Great)
Gas tank had to be replaced.

Most recent problem was this year had a issue with oil cooler. It seems I have a crack between water jacket and oil filer>> She's pumping oil out the exhaust.

See my Pics>>> Email me if you'd like to see more!! Boat is going to be FOR SALE when I get cooler problem fixed!

    QUESTIONS????

Anyone has this problem??? Suggested fixes??? Anyone bypass the water side of the cooler without overheat issues???

Thanks for the view!! J.R. in PA

Gorgeous boat! How much do you plan on asking for the boat?

HI Jim, Glad you like it! Windshield cracked so did it out of necessity used a piece of (Vinyl lattice end cap from lumber yard to cover upper edge) let me know if you need more info.

And Bob to answer your question as to what I'm asking >> not sure just invested a lot in it to get it running was hoping for $5 to 6 K I know that's a lot but you'll never find an nicer 62 Hydrodyne

I also like the short windshield. My buddy that I got my dyne from also included a lower wrap around one that's WAY layed back that I'll be using.
At work, so I'll try and post pics later
    Welcome Errol
