    Morning All !!!

The Antique Outboard Motor Club (AOMCI) of Southern California is having an event on Saturday August 19th at Mission Bay in San Diego. Brad Menet and Barbara Fackiner would love to have the "Classic Glass" group of SoCal join them! What goes better together than Classic Glass and Antique Outboards!

For those of you who attended the "Southwest Regionals" this year, Brad and Barbara attended for the second year in a row bringing with them their beautiful 1958 Wizard 15' 11" w/1958 Merc Mark 55.

This is a great opportunity for all in Southern California to connect with those in the know about old outboards! Ya never know you might find a deal or two as well.

    Check out their website: <a href="http://www.socalaomc.com/index.html" target="_blank">http://www.socalaomc.com/index.html</a>

NOTE: The date for this event has been changed since it was listed on the site. It is Saturday August 19th.

I can't make it, and my antique is not glass, but here is a picture of it:

    Nice Jim!

I realize your in FL and that would be quite the trip for you.......but would like you to know we welcome non-tupperware boats to our gatherings! Well, as long as you aren't bothered by plastic boats! We are a little fussy about someone showing up in a Bayliner however! LOL!

My Uncle had a 1956 Chris Craft when I was growing up and a place at the lake. Spent quite a few weekends skiing behind it when I was young.

    Denise,

I am familiar with the AOMCI. I was a member for a while.
