Looking for replacement decal for 78 or 79 Hydrodyne- I need the ''Hydrodyne" decal and the Curt Gowdy ski boat sticker- I am not sure of the year it is lite blue 18' I/O.

Just to clarify are you looking for the cursive style that looks somewhat like the Hydrodyners.com logo or the one that is more modern?

The letters are block style-I would say they are more modern then the logo- My decal had been removed when I purchaced the boat but I can make out the letters due to fading- The decal looks to have a box around it-

The ski team decal looks correct- The "Hydrodyne" does not match- I am not sure that mine is factory installed- I would be pleased with that set-up if it was all that was available and correct for my boat-

The factory put all kinds of decals on the boats. You could search the site and see if you can find the one.

Personally I would go with the one that is the replica of the small plastic logo that most of the Dynes came with. I think 2mercs can set you up with that. Mine is a 78 and it had both on it.

I think dynegreg had some made like that. He may still have the pattern. Dynebob owns the boat now.

That is correct. I do have that pattern of the Hydrodyne sign. Send me you mailing address and I will send you the pattern to take to your local vinyl sign maker. He can scan it, and then reproduce it in the exact size you need.

By the way nice original batwing trailer. That is a classic. If you are redoing your boat, restore that trailer also. The frame work is really strong. When I restored mine I replaced the entire axle assembly with the spindles and hubs. It was just a few dollars more than to just replace the bearings and hubs.
