Probably going to run a 175 E-tec this year, then whenever our team sells our 225 E-Tecs I will upgrade to one of them.

My 3 daughters are 6, 3 and 18 months so any V-6 will accomodate us for now. I am going to put a BI V-drive style boom on it as this will move the boom ahead another 18" from the pylon and allow for adjustable height.

Also going to have KW make a skylon that will go inside the standard pylon so I can take it out to get it under the boat lift canopy.

Nice boat. It looks like the open bow 20 footer cannot accomodate twins. Will you be using a single axle trailer or tandem?

It's going on a used single axle Eagle until I can get Eagle or Phoenix to make a new trailer for it. Probably will be a tandem.

I was wondering if you had weight numbers for your boat compared to one if his closed bow multiple engine boats?

As soon as I can get it to a scale I will. He is looking at building them with no wood for the 2008 model year. Reduce weight a bit and never worry about rot. He will also then be offering transom replacement with composite materials.

225 HO E-Tec went on last night. Now I need to become an I-Command expert to get her running. Forgot the digital camera, I will get some pics today hopefully.

Is that an upgraded steering wheel or is that standard on the 20'er?

I noticed that the steering wheel on my '06 17.6 is different. (pic attached)

    Thanks, Kevin
