My friend is looking for a boom for a hydrodyne ...I believe it is a 1980's hull ...maybe a 1986.

Does anyone make these? Or how do you boom with a Dyne?

Is the gunnel mount boom the only option?

K.W. Show Ski builds a nice boom for a Dyne. There is a picture of one of theirs on the this site on one of last weeks posts.

Whichever boom your friend decides to buy, make sure he specifies that it is for a Hydrodyne and requires a 2 and 7/8" mounting bracket sized for a Dyne pylon. (Otherwise they'll probably just send you the standard ski boat sized bracket).
