Raw deal. Tons of marine dealers shutting down. Were they one of your sponsors?

No, they are mostly up north though they had a satellite store near Madison. I'm sure Mark has heard of them. I would never trust them any further than I could throw them.

This was one of the sponsors of the Chain Skimmers throughout the 90s. They were a HORRIBLE sponsor! After the millenium they made the switch back to Watercraft Sales, which has been the best move the team has ever made. Watercraft is a night/day difference between the two marinas. I use to work for Heckel's in Eagle River for a few summers, so I know exactly how they operate.

I heard about this bankruptcy throughout this summer from the local Eagle River paper, as well as our neighbors in Eagle River. The newest dirt is that Heckel's was trying to hide numerous inventory from different manufacturers at their various personal properties, and got caught! The smaller inventory was found inside plain numerous white semi trailers at one location.

Like Must Ski said, I trust the Heckel brothers as far as I could throw them. They are/were extremely shady!!!!!!!
