how the water is coming between the uppler floor

    Can somebody tell me how it is possible that there is coming water between the two layers ( outside boat en innerfloor, were the balsa is mounted.
    When twe dyne has no hole or something like this, how is the water coming between it....

    77 Dyne 18 I/O converted to Outboard
    It comes in from the inside. The boat has had water in it from rain or other sources. It can come in through the seat mounting holes for example if they are not properly sealed or the seal is broken.
