Well... The boat is painted. I could have picked it up today but had to fly up to the UP today to bring some folks down to Chicago. I'll be picking it up this week. Here are some pictures from earlier this month during the painting. I'll post more pictures when I've got it back on the trailer. MarkBano
Thank the lord in heaven. Now let's have a rigging party and get that boat ready for next month. Let the fun begin. Greg
Thanks for the encouragement, gentlemen! Here's another picture that was sent with the other two from earlier this month. I'm not going to be able to pick the boat up until later in the week due to my schedule. The painter is going to pick up my trailer wed morning and get it back on the trailer and then I hope to get out there perhaps one evening later this week to pick it up. Meanwhile, the bottom of the hull is "skirted" with radiant heat keeping it at 100 degrees to harden the finish before it goes back on the trailer. He said the longer I leave it to be baked the better so, as tempted as I am to make time to get it sooner, I might as well let it cook for another day. I'll keep you posted when I pick it up.
