    That sure takes some guts or no brains, not sure which. (the foot flyer guy)
    First hea has the motor strapped to his back over water, then he is flying right near the power lines.
    Pretty cool though.

    Just to prove to you that it is indeed a small world, the "editor" whose name appears at the end - Jeff Goin - is my neighbor. He is a Southwest Airlines Captain. He also owns and flies a Bonanza and a helicopter, and is probably the world's best known paramotor glider expert. He wrote the training "bible" for paramotor gliders - it is a widely published treatise on the sport.

    I can assure you that if the pilot in this video was working with Jeff, he knows what he is doing. Nonetheless, I see these guys flying these things at our airport but I've never been tempted (yet) to try this type of flying. I guess you'd sink pretty fast if you went in the water, which may be why he seemed to be skimming over mostly puddles.
