how do i find the year and vin. early 60's i think

just purchased property in the 1000 islands ny, in the boat house is a 17' hudrodyne it has an 80 hp I-o. i haven't been able to find any vin or year, could someone let me know where i can look.this boat has been stored in the boathouse for years.all origional untouched.

 

Look on the inside of the transom, drivers side. Might be an aluminum plate with the info there. Post some pics if you have any, that could give us a start. Check here too, http://www.fiberglassics.com/library/Hydrodyne

Here is a list of what I am looking for:

2 Hydrodyne logos that screw into the side near the back of the boat

Also looking for a few of the chrome accent pieces around the boat

Need a lot of the dashboard pieces as well (tactometer, etc.)
