Here are a couple more pictures. I took alot of pictures but won't eat up too much space here. Just a couple more...

The boat is bundled up on the trailer until my next visit. I'll be looking to buy a prop in the meantime so my brother can have his prop back.

We had a great weekend and had a lot of fun with the boat. It was worth all the effort. Thanks for everyone's kind comments on the pictures of the boat, and thanks for everyone's help (Jim in particular, who I bothered with questions all weekend).

BTW - on my way out of town yesterday, I say what looked like a brand new 20' Dyne - solid red, with white twin Evindrudes on it and "Minocqua Bats" on the side. It was on a trailer being pulled into a marine dealer in Hazelhurst, WI. So... I assume that the Bats got a new boat. Does anyone know if it is a Dyna-Ski or a Tom Miller Dyne? It looked nice. I had tired kids and a long drive ahead - otherwise I would have stopped.

On the highway on the way home, coming the other way (north) I saw a very nice 18' Hydrodyne on its way up north. The Hydrodyne decal on the side was outined in a red block background. I've never seen it before. Perhaps the owner will end up finding this website...

    Enjoy the pics.

No problem here, I love talking Dynes. We will get that boat dialed in I assure you.

That is a cool shark. Keep the pictures coming.

Looking at the last picture, it appears that you could put the axle above the springs like a Dyne trailer and lower it down to the fender. The measurements should be easy to do that.

I'm not sure why the fenders are so high. It would be easy to lower those, too.

I'm going to add some outer bunks this fall. It trailered very nicely on the way up. Easy on - easy off. Too easy. The whole weekend was too easy. I thought I'd have more bugs to work out. Instead we waterskiied all weekend.

My wife thinks that taking 10 pictures of the boat to each picture of the kids over the weekend exhibits a priority issue... I don't know...

Yeah. Well put. Red. Really red.

Pete told me last fall that he was hoping to sell a new boat to the Bats. I told him that he should consider working into the deal a requirement that the club showcase his boat the way they do with the Nautiques - and that he should negotiate an agreement that they leave the manufacturer name on the boat in big letters.

I was going by at highway speed when I saw it so I couldn't say for sure whether it says "Dyna-Ski" on it. I saw "Minocqua Bats" on the side... And two white Evinrude engines... And lots 'n lots of red. In other words, I was really seeing red.

The Bats have a new all red Dyna-Ski with 150 E-Tecs. They are the white saltwater version in regular 20" shafts.

The boat is really really red. I have one tiny picture of it:

That would not work down here in the FL sun. It would get so hot that you could not touch it as does the red and blue strip on mine.
