For those of you that did not see the first version of the video, I sent Daniel two skiing videos. One taken from shore and one from in the boat. He combined them and added music. This is a ton of work and the results are much better than the raw footage that I sent. Thanks again Daniel, jim
Greg you'll be happy to know our team has no inboards and we do ATB with the twin 115s or twin 175s all the time in the show.
I think Brint regularly puts 5-6 around his twin-rig for Backwater. One of the videos I sent Daniel shows an attempt at 6 with 4 complete. jim
Just back in the office today at my desk and had a chance to watch the video. Awesome! Great boat launch (Jim - you sure make it look easy....) - great waterskiing - great camera work! And great music! And great editing! Thanks to all of you. The effort is what makes this site what it is. Markbano
Thanks Mark, We had a blast when they were here, and we had fun making the videos. The camera is just a little Kodak easy share that will fit in my pocket. I leave it under the drivers seat while we are out. My seven year old grandson can use it easily. If you look closely at my trailer you will see a wide roller at the front. It is a modification that I added, and it allows the boat to slide off easily without hitting anything when the trailer is at the angle for launch. The bunks are also articulated to conform to the hull as it drops off that roller. jim
2 things; If you would like to download the video look at the name of the page the Flash Player opens. Example: Jim's Video is http://www.hydrodyners.com/movies/jimsw ... kiing.html change the .html to .wmv , it will open in Media Player and you can save it. Bryan has switched them to flash due to the better streaming abilities of larger file sizes. Next I have posted a movie of the Backwater Gamblers doing an ATB. http://hydrodyners.com/movies.php
I will also be reorganizing the movies page to give it a cleaner look. All these great movies have it a bit cluttered looking. Daniel
One more new video, This is from Jim's filming of the 2007 Nationals. Wonderlake "Thread The Needle" http://hydrodyners.com/movies.php Greg yours are converted from VHS to digital format, now I have to get them together into a movie. Should be Monday and I will have some up.
